How is the product warranty?
A:
We provide 2 years parts warranty on different product lines. However, you should contact the seat manufactures and installers in most of warranty inquires.
Q:
How do I know the massage system and heat element is on?
A:
Press power or heat button, LED should go on and the system is ready to use.
If the system is NOT on,
- Please be sure the fuse is not burned or damaged. Fuse holder is usually located under the seat.
- Make sure the hand control wand is connected properly. Dot to Dot.
- Any system tampering may void the warranty. Please contact seat vendors for assistance. We only handle warranty claims to our authorized installers and seat manufactures.
